Good Start of Baking

Yoghurt Marble Cake


材料A:
牛油  250克
幼糖  150克

材料B:
鸡蛋   6粒

材料C:
低筋面粉  360克
苏打粉      1小匙
盐              1/2小匙

材料D:
原味优格   250克

材料E:
可可粉            2 大匙
巧克力浓浆    1 大匙

做法:
1. 把材料A 放入搅拌器打至松软。
2. 加进材料B一次下一粒打至均匀。
3.面粉预先过筛,才加入苏打粉和盐。
4.拌入半份材料C稍微拌打。
5.加入材料D搅均。
6.最后拌入另一份材料C搅均。
7.将面糊分成2份,其中一份加入材料E.
8. 把两种面糊随意混合。
9.把2种混合好的面糊倒成像大理状在10寸容器, 放入预烤好的烘炉用170 度, 1小时。

食谱取自:星厨房

材料:
鸡蛋 3 (蛋白与蛋黄分开)
幼糖 50g
塔塔粉 1/4 小匙
芝士片 3 片(60g*夹面包吃的芝士片*
鲜奶 50g
牛油 50g
面粉 50g (我用低粉)

做法:
1)芝士片、鲜奶及牛油一起隔水煮溶,待凉。
2)蛋白、塔塔粉用mixer高速打至起粗泡,幼糖分2~3次加入,继续打至硬。
(提示:打到倒转搅拌盆而蛋白不会掉下来的程度)
3)蛋黄倒入芝士糊内搅拌均匀。
4)将一半的蛋白倒入芝士糊内,轻轻用spatula搅拌均匀,筛入面粉,继续拌匀。
5)将芝士糊反倒入剩余的蛋白内,搅拌均匀。
6)预热烤箱 ,150 度,隔水烘烤 50 分钟。

*我是用了双倍份量,抹一层油后底部铺上油纸,倒入8"模型*

温馨贴士:(网络写)蛋糕放凉后,用保鲜纸包着,放入冰箱底层留隔夜,口感更佳喔.


糯米双色蒸糕 Kuih Seri Muka

材料 Ingredients:
糯米层 Glutinous Rice Layer
300g 糯米, 200ml 稀椰浆, 1/2tsp Salt

绿色椰浆糕层 Green Custard Layer
120g 普通面粉, 3tbsp 木薯粉 , 2颗鸡蛋
100g , 250ml 浓椰浆, 150ml 清水, 1/4tsp
120ml班兰汁(15片斑兰叶加120mlBlender,然后过滤备用)

做法 Method:
糯米层
1. 糯米洗干净,浸过夜。
2. 将糯米沥干干,备用。
3. 将盐加入稀椰浆中,搅拌直融化。
4. 把糯米放入抹了油的模,倒入加了盐的稀椰浆,拌匀后铺平。
5. 热水上锅,以大火蒸20分钟。
6. 把糯米稍微按平,备用。

绿色椰浆糕层
1. 把鸡蛋和糖搅拌至糖溶解,加了盐的浓椰浆,水和斑兰汁,拌匀。
2. 拌均后加入普通面粉和木薯粉,然后过滤。
3. 隔水用小火加热煮至浓稠约5分钟+- 熄火。
4. 将面糊过滤倒入以蒸过的糯米层上。蹬一下让里面的气泡出来,
5. 以中小火蒸40分钟即可





Pizza Base/Crust :

Yeast 4 teaspoon
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Water   1 1/2 cup
Cup Flour 3 1/2 cup
Salt  1 teaspoon
Oil 2 tablespoon

1. Put yeast and warm water and stand for 5 minutes.
2. Add in flour, salt and oil
3. Knead for 10 minutes.
4. Let stand for 25-30 minutes.
5. If too sticky can add flour, too dry can add water.

Pizza Topping :

Prego sauce
Chesdales
Green chilli
Mozzarella cheese
Chicken breasts
Mushroom
Pineapple
(add any you want) 

Bake at 220 celcius 10-12 mins.

Baking Journey Started


I've always wanted to bake cake/cookies/bread since long time ago. My first time touching  the "baking" things was at the age of 16. 

But what surprise me was that I failed 8 times in total until this year 2013. Believe it or not, I have been failing for the simple cakes- Butter cake. 

How shameful and ridiculous to be a girl. Finally I successfully baking the first cake at Angel's house. Thanks to her powerful egg beater and convection oven. 

 This is the success picture i took :P

Well it's a good turnout after such long time, happy for myself, happy for the friendly people surround me that giving me advises. 

 Recently, I've joined Facebook Group named Baking Wonderland introduced by one of Seremban friends. I think I've addicted and keep on looking all the recipes posted by all the aunties, mama's, and even some yan dao guys.


I love baking, but not eating the cakes, how weirdo am I.

After for a short while, under encouragement by daddy, he bought an oven and electric mixer for me which cause ard 400 bucks total. Feel grateful and thank u very much daddy.


  


Instead of making tonnes of  choco cake in the toilet for the past few years, I'll be baking choco cake in kitchen starting now... ha ha...
